Robert Gschwendtner | Director & Founder Group D.M.T Co., Ltd.
Robert is the founder of our company with many years of experience in Europe’s printing industry and over 20 years as the director of Group D.M.T Co., Ltd.
With roots in Bavaria and a mission to build the perfect partner for outsourced image editing, he came to Thailand in 1997.
Experience: With over 20 years in the industry, Roland is an expert in image editing, color management, and typesetting. He has more than 10 years of experience in leadership roles, focusing on operational management and strategic development of teams and processes in image editing and prepress.
Vita: Born and raised in Esslingen, he began his career with an apprenticeship as a reprographics technician and quickly advanced to department head. Over the years, he has led various projects and teams, driving excellence in prepress. Since joining Group D.M.T., he has applied his extensive experience to help the company advance.
Frank Reichardt is responsible for managing and optimizing our offshore image editing and high-end post-production operations in Cambodia. As a state-certified trainer, he builds and develops professional image editing teams specializing in retouching, advanced compositing, color management, and data preparation for print and e-commerce productions.
With nearly thirty years of professional experience — including over twenty years in the German prepress industry, ten of which as owner of his own post-production company in Stuttgart — and more than nine years as Production Manager in Cambodia, he ensures scalable and efficient workflows, highest quality standards, and reliable image post-production services for international advertising, print, and e-commerce clients.
Experiences: After completing his education in Printing and Media Technology, Prashanth started his career in prepress in India, focusing on digital imaging. In his 12+ years of experience, he has served as designer, quality controller, team leader, and project manager, both offshore and on location in Germany.
Vita: With hands-on experience in catalog production, reprographics, and e-commerce imaging, Prashanth is responsible for training, process implementation, documentation, and day-to-day operations in Cambodia.
Vighneshwara Prabhu | Production Manager Cambodia
Experience: With exposure to global quality standards, Vighnesh has over 10 years in the industry, especially in digital imaging. He serves clients across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, ensuring quality and deadlines are never compromised.
Vita: As a recent addition to the Group D.M.T team, Vighnesh adds value with a personal touch, overseeing quality, quantity, and timing. He currently leads the production teams in our Cambodian branches.
